關於活動 ABOUT THE ACTIVITY
是次工作坊,我們將會選用兩款時令而又帶有泰國風味的功能性的香草:Mint (薄荷) and Rosemary (迷迭香)!

時不時看Jamie Oliver 的電視節目,看他隨手摘廚房裡的香草來調味,大家會否也跟我一樣,很想自己種植香草,可以綠化家居之餘,又可以用來調味!是次工作坊,「健康概念」將會利用食物的神奇力量來減壓,讓大家為開學作好準備!

示範及烹調菜式包括:
* 意式迷迭香烤包
* 特色薄苛醬汁
* 英式新薯沙律

There’s always something catchy when watching Jamie Oliver dance around in his kitchen and plucking fresh herbs here and there for seasoning. Did it ever cross your mind to grow your own herbs for a greener living space and to guarantee your source of herbs whenever you need it?

In celebration of Food Revolution Day, you are invited to taste Nature at its best with seasonal and functional herbs with vegetarian soups and sauces for salads and hot dishes.
