少量火箭菜 | 1 handful rocket |

做法 Method
1. 於大碗內放入一個人份量的火箭菜,少許巴馬芝士和四份一份切幼菊苣
Get yourself a large bowl and, for each person, toss together a handful of rocket with a small handful of grated Parmesan cheese and a quarter of a radicchio, finely sliced.
2. 混入1勺甜酒醋和三倍份量的橄欖油,海鹽和現磨黑胡椒
Dress this with a lug of balsamic vinegar, three times as much extra virgin olive oil, and a little sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
3.小心地拌勻,磨上巴馬芝士並享用。亦可依個人喜好加入松子,烤焗紅洋蔥或脆煙肉
Mix carefully, grate over a little extra Parmesan, and eat straight away. You can vary it by adding things like toasted pine nuts, roasted red onions or crispy bacon.
