Jacky Yu is a pioneer of the private kitchen and proprietor of the successful Xi Yan chain of Chinese restaurants across Hong Kong and Singapore; whereas Alvina Chan, who obtained 1st in French Cuisine with “Mention Bien” (Distinction) at renowned cooking academy Le Cordon Bleu Paris,  pursuits her positive influence in food culture through TV shows, books and magazines.

Jacky and Alvina will join together to show you how easy it is to prepare a healthy meal.

鬆鬆土、灑下種子、澆一下水,最後吃著自家種植的蔬果,既健康又有美味。這些景象一點也不遙遠,即使在自己的家裡也可以做到!

「次次種都死?」、「惹蚊子?」、「不知多久澆一次水?」,這次《齊來動手在家種菜 – 家居有機種菜工作坊》或許能解答你以往的種植疑難!

工作坊內容包括:
工作坊將以實務為主,導師會與學員一起由「零」做起,經歷由下種到收成的整個過程,並且會分享以下解決方法:

泥土及栽培介質選擇、播種及栽種方法、澆水份量及方法、肥力管理、蚊子與病蟲害應對及其他家居種植常見的問題

關於樸樂田
「樸樂田」由三個矢志要實踐及推廣「樸門」的年輕人在2012年初創立,現立足於輞井的老農田裡,以學習中求樂的心態來設計此地。「樸樂田」以「樸門Permaculture」的理念作依歸,強調在有限細小的空間裡仍能發揮它的最大可能;我們除了從設計中探索空間與資源循環及能量的關係外,還定期舉辦不同類型的活動,透過不同的活動務求刺激大家對生活有更多的「創意」,從而減輕生活中的壓力,提升生活質素,令身心靈更健康。

P-farmland was found by three passionate young people in 2012 with the aim to promote Permaculture –to maximize the utility of they tiny space.

In addition to explore the relationship between “space” and “recycling and energy” from better design, they also organize different types of activities regularly to stimulate people’s creativity, thereby to reduce the stress in life, enhance quality of life in all aspects.

「食德好」食物回收計劃自2009 年成立,計劃理念始於「珍惜食物」- 回收被棄掉的食物、經處理及烹調後,製成美味又具有營養的午膳,予培訓中心學員以低價享用。
