本地有機冬瓜茶品嚐及工作坊

各位南湧朋友:

我們是南湧的農友小組阿仨(芳子,德賢,順馨),現在在南湧開始一些耕作,和與輝哥合作,進行一些農產品加工的研發和製作嘗試。之前做過紅菜頭的加工研發,現在在試冬瓜加工產品。

這個週四(8月28日),我們將在佐敦道佑寧堂的 KUC Space 辦一個冬瓜茶品嚐及工作坊,歡迎你們有空來品嚐用南湧冬瓜作為材料,土作坊的婦女製作的冬瓜茶,免費的。如對工作坊感興趣,請盡快報名,我們還有一些餘額!

同場也可以買到南湧的新鮮冬瓜。

是次工作坊,我們將會選用兩款時令而又帶有泰國風味的功能性的香草:Mint (薄荷) and Rosemary (迷迭香)!

時不時看Jamie Oliver 的電視節目,看他隨手摘廚房裡的香草來調味,大家會否也跟我一樣,很想自己種植香草,可以綠化家居之餘,又可以用來調味!是次工作坊,「健康概念」將會利用食物的神奇力量來減壓,讓大家為開學作好準備!

示範及烹調菜式包括:
* 意式迷迭香烤包
* 特色薄苛醬汁
* 英式新薯沙律
