3個 奇異果 | 3 kiwi fruit |
4湯匙 有機燕麥糊 | 4 tablespoons organic porridge oats |
1隻 香蕉 | 1 banana |
8粒 冰 | 8 ice cubes |
200毫升 有機鮮奶 | 200 ml organic milk |
250克 有機脫脂天然乳酪 | 250g organic fat-free natural yoghurt |
1/2厘米 鮮薑, 磨蓉 | ½ cm piece fresh ginger, finely grated |
2-3茶匙 蜂蜜(增添口味用) | 2-3 teaspoons honey, to taste |
做法 Method
1. 切掉奇異果頭尾,並切掉果皮,奇異果和其他材料(蜂蜜除外)一拼放入攪拌器,攪拌30秒後倒入4個高杯內,因應個人喜好加入蜂蜜以增加甜度
Top and tail the kiwi fruit and stand them on their ends. Slice the skin off in vertical strips with a sharp knife. Whiz the kiwi fruit with the remaining ingredients, apart from the honey, in a blender for 30 seconds and pour into 4 tall glasses. Sweeten with honey, if you like.
