「為食起革命」這股國際民間自發力量,這幾年愈益壯大。我們有幸得到Jamie Oliver於三月中來港,為今年香港的活動打響頭炮,所以今年的協作單位陣容更強大,包括有提供本地有機食材給我們的香港本地有機蔬菜購物平台、木子有機農場、有心機、有華有機農場、富琴火龍果有機農莊、香港有機農場、歐羅有機農場、健果桃園有機農場、基督教以琳扶植培訓有機農場、點點綠及健康概念。
Credit Suisse出錢出力,派出義工團隊,協助我們與150名學童製作JO設計的爽脆包包。更要感謝煤氣烹飪中心,及陳國強師傅的東來順,借出部分用具及寶易存協助運送物資、e-banner義務印製橫額、「經濟日報」出版社贈送《親子Play Kitchen》等。
最重要的是,一眾義工抽空來幫忙,沒有你們我們無法完成今年的活動。傳媒朋友的支持、報道,令我們接觸到更多香港市民。
更要感激《晴報》這兩年的支持,給予我們這個最好的平台去推廣健康飲食。

為食起革命x 健康概念 : 由農耕到餐桌兒童篇

本課程將展現真正的食物是如何由農耕到餐桌的過程。我們的由農耕到餐桌 – 兒童篇
烹飪工作坊, 將探索由家中種植開始, 並以收成的農作物制作簡易便當為終結。課程內容包括認識時令食材, 工具使用及烹調技巧, 最後製作一份適合成人及小童的健康簡易便當。

參與工作坊, 一起動手在家中種植香草及各種香料, 然後享受美味可口又營養兼備的一餐。

第一課: 收成你的食材: 羅勒及另一種神秘食材
第二課: 製作屬於你自己的青草醬及分享三種最好的食法
第三課: 意大利式香草薄麵包是什麼? 一起烘焙吧!
第四課: 藝術 x 食物可以如何給合?

Food Revolution x Health Concept: Farm to Fork for Kids!

This program emphasizes the journey real food takes from “Farm to Fork.” Our Farm to Fork for Kids of cooking workshops begins with an exploration of home garden and ends with the preparation and enjoyment of small-plate meals. Learn about seasonal ingredients, tools, procedures, and cooking skills – equipping children and adults to make healthy, self-sufficient food choices.

Hands-on cooking workshops begin with growing fresh herbs and spices at home, and end with a delicious, nutritious meal.

Class 1: Harvest your own ingredients: Basil & One other secret Ingredient
Class 2: Make your own pesto sauce & share the best 3 ways to use pesto
Class 3: How about some focaccia? Let’s BAKE!
Class 4: Art x Food Jamming for kids

About Health Concept: Farm to Fork Cooking Series
Farm to Fork cooking workshops teach kids and adults how to harvest, prepare, and cook a meal from home garden to table. Beginning with planting some of the ingredients, participants learn and apply skills in the kitchen, and enjoy a fresh, family-style meal together at the workshop. Farm to Fork equips children and adults to make healthy, self-sufficient food choices.
