Recipe: ViuTV Chef Ricky’s Dutch Baby《出得廳堂》張錦祥師傅:荷蘭烤鬆餅

材料 Ingredients:
免煮吉士粉 No-cook Custard Powder 30 克 gram
鮮奶 Milk 270 克 gram
雞蛋 Egg 3 隻
砂糖 Sugar 25 克 gram
麵粉 Flour 100 克 gram
牛油 Butter 30 克 gram
士多啤梨 Strawberry 250 克 gram
糖粉 Sugar Powder 20 克 gram

做法 Method:
1. 將100克鮮奶加入免煮吉士粉內,攪勻成吉士醬待用。Mix 100 gram milk with custard powder, stir well as custard sauce
2. 將雞蛋與砂糖混和,再加入麵粉和鮮奶調成麵糊,待用。Mix egg and sugar together then put flour and remaining milk in for flour mixture
3. 在一個24厘米闊的鐵鍋內放入牛油,開中火將牛油煮至微微金黃色。Prepare a 24 cm cast iron pan, cook some butter over medium heat until it turns light brown
4. 倒入調好的麵糊,將鐵鍋以200℃ 的焗爐焗20分鐘至表面變成金黃色。add the flour mixture to the iron pan, put it in the oven and bake for 20 min over 200℃
5. 取出焗好的鬆餅,塗上吉士醬,再放上士多啤梨及灑上糖粉作裝飾。decorare the ready pancake with custard sauce, strawberry and powder sugar
