咸雞脾翼 Salted chicken

冰鮮雞脾雞翼 各二 Frozen chicken wings and drumstick 2 each
Salt
Sugar
葱粒 Spring onion, diced
薑蓉 Mashed ginger

做法 Method

  1. 先洗淨雞脾翼印乾,用三茶匙鹽把雞醃最少三小時備用

Wash and dry the wings and drumstick. Use 3 teaspoon of salt to marinate the chicken for at least 3 hours.

  1. 葱粒薑蓉混好,加入1/4茶匙鹽及1/3茶匙糖,開鑊待水滾隔水蒸雞18分鐘即成,將碟中雞汁倒入薑蔥弄成蔥油醬,點雞一流!

Mix the spring onion and ginger, then add ¼ teaspoon of salt and ⅓ teaspoon of sugar. Boil some water and steam the chicken for 18 minutes. Mix the juice from the chicken and with ginger and onion to make a sauce for the chicken.
