柚子胡椒蝦雜菜沙律 Pomelo salad with seasoned prawn and mixed vegetables

材料 Ingredients

中蝦 Prawn
火箭菜 Salad rocket
狗芽菜 Sprouts
綠橡葉 Green oak lettuce
迷迭香 Rosemary
黑胡椒 Black pepper
柚子鹽 Pomelo flavoured salt
牛油 Butter
橄欖油 Olive oil

做法 Method

  1. 將各款蔬菜洗好後備用

Wash the vegetables.

  1. 中蝦去殻, 用橄欖油煎香後加入黑胡椒及柚子鹽調味

Remove the shell of prawn. Use olive oil to pan fry the prawns. Season with black pepper and pomelo flavoured salt.

  1. 再用牛油及橄欖油炒香迷迭香

Use butter and olive oil to pan fry the rosemary.

  1. 熄火,然後將蔬菜倒入兜勻後上碟,蝦放面

Turn off the heat. Then mix and use latent heat to fry the vegetables. Put the vegetables on a plate and prawns on top.

  1. 雪凍後加入紅酒醋,食得!

Freeze the salad. Eat with red wine vinegar.
