檸檬汁香煎三文魚配日式蕃茄仔 Salmon with cherry tomatoes and lemon dressing

材料 Ingredients

三文魚扒 Salmon
檸檬 Lemon
蕃茄仔 Cherry tomato
香草 Herbs

做法 Method

  1. 先用香草醃好三文魚扒備用

Use herbs to marinate the salmon.

  1. 用平底鑊較中火各煎每一邊三文魚約3-5分鐘(視乎三文魚厚度)

Pan fry with medium heat for 3-5 minutes for each side. (It depends on the thickness of the salmon)

  1. 最後一分鐘才加檸檬汁

Add the lemon dressing at the last minute.

  1. 先把三文魚扒上碟,用慢火輕輕煎焗蕃茄仔,令外脆內軟。

Serve the salmon on a plate. Use low heat to gently cook the cherry tomatoes until the outer layer is crunchy while inner contents are soft.
