做法 Method
- 先用香草醃好三文魚扒備用
Use herbs to marinate the salmon.
- 用平底鑊較中火各煎每一邊三文魚約3-5分鐘(視乎三文魚厚度)
Pan fry with medium heat for 3-5 minutes for each side. (It depends on the thickness of the salmon)
- 最後一分鐘才加檸檬汁
Add the lemon dressing at the last minute.
- 先把三文魚扒上碟,用慢火輕輕煎焗蕃茄仔,令外脆內軟。
Serve the salmon on a plate. Use low heat to gently cook the cherry tomatoes until the outer layer is crunchy while inner contents are soft.
