蕎麥拌翠玉瓜燈籠椒及芝麻蜂蜜醬 Bell peppers and white courgettes with buckwheat and tahini honey sauce

材料 Ingredients

翠玉瓜 White courgettes
燈籠椒 Bell peppers
橄欖 Olive
Salt
胡椒粉 Pepper
蕎麥 Buckwheat
芝麻醬 Tahini
蜂蜜 Honey
白醋 White vinegar
醬油 Soy sauce
芫荽 Coriander

做法 Method

  1. 將翠玉瓜和燈籠椒連同橄欖, 鹽, 胡椒粉, 任何香料放進一個膠袋搖約1分鐘, 然後放入焗爐約30分鐘

Just put bell peppers and white courgettes into a plastic bag with olive, salt, pepper, whatever spices I have, shake them for a min and put into the oven for around 30 mins.

  1. 煮熟蕎麥

Boil buckwheat

  1. 準備醬汁, 將芝麻醬, 蜂蜜, 白醋, 醬油和少許熱水混合

Prepare saurce (mix tahini, honey, white vingar, soya sauce and some hot water)

  1. 上碟時放些新鮮芫荽裝飾

Served with some fresh chopped coriander!
