薑黃蜜豆藜麥 Turmeric, honey beans and quinoa

材料 Ingredients

藜麥 Quinoa
新鮮蜜豆 Fresh honey beans
洋蔥 Onion
薑黃粉 Turmeric powder
月桂葉 Bayleaf
乾蔥蓉 Shallots, diced
蒜蓉 Garlic

做法 Method

  1. 1杯藜麥加入2杯水,2/3茶匙薑黃粉,1片月桂葉,少許鹽,黑椒煮,煮好備用 (按平常煮飯的做法便可)

Cook 1 cup of quinoa with 2 cups of water, ⅔ teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 piece of bayleaf and some salt and black pepper. Put it aside after cooking. (Cook as if cooking rice)

  1. 先將蜜豆用水煮軟,以少許油,乾蔥,蒜蓉,辣椒(optional) 將洋蔥粒與蜜豆快炒

Boil the beans until soft. Stir fry the beans and onion with some oil, shallots, garlic and chilli (optional).

  1. 將(1),(2)拌在一起,灑上一些橄欖油食用會更美味,可溫食或凍食。

Mix ingredients from step 1 and 2. Splash some olive oil on top. Can serve hot or cold.
