做法 Method
- 1杯藜麥加入2杯水,2/3茶匙薑黃粉,1片月桂葉,少許鹽,黑椒煮,煮好備用 (按平常煮飯的做法便可)
Cook 1 cup of quinoa with 2 cups of water, ⅔ teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 piece of bayleaf and some salt and black pepper. Put it aside after cooking. (Cook as if cooking rice)
- 先將蜜豆用水煮軟,以少許油,乾蔥,蒜蓉,辣椒(optional) 將洋蔥粒與蜜豆快炒
Boil the beans until soft. Stir fry the beans and onion with some oil, shallots, garlic and chilli (optional).
- 將(1),(2)拌在一起,灑上一些橄欖油食用會更美味,可溫食或凍食。
Mix ingredients from step 1 and 2. Splash some olive oil on top. Can serve hot or cold.
