雞煮紅棗糯米酒 Chicken with red dates and rice wine

材料 Ingredients

雞 1隻 1 Chicken
糯米酒 500ml 500ml Rice wine
紅棗 幾粒 Red dates
薑(切片) ½ 個 ½ Ginger, sliced
蔥(切碎) 少量 Sping onion, finely chopped
冰糖 幾粒 Rock sugar
麻油 少量 Seasame oil
鹽 少量 Salt
白胡椒粉 少量 White pepper

做法 Method

  1. 買雞,洗淨,切件準用。

Wash and chop the chicken.

  1. 用水浸紅棗,去棗核。

Soak the red dates and remove the seeds.

  1. 中高火燒熱鍋,將油加熱,炒香薑片,加入雞煮至呈金黃色。

Use medium to high heat to heat the pan with oil. Pan fry the ginger and cook the chicken until golden yellow.

  1. 加入黃酒同紅棗,煮沸,將火校至中火,蓋鍋蓋,煮30分鐘至全熟。

Add wine and red dates and cook until boil. Turn to medium heat, cover the lid and cook for 30 minutes until all cooked.

  1. 加入冰糖,煮到溶化,加麻油、鹽及胡椒粉調味,最後灑上蔥粒。搞掂!!!

Add some rock sugar and cook till dissolved. Season with seasame oil, salt and pepper. And finally sprinkle some spring onion on top and it’s done!

如果你不想吃雞,可以用雞蛋代替,也很好吃的!!

If you don’t want to eat chicken, you can replace it by eggs. It taste as good as chicken.
