|大蝦(去殼挑腸) 10隻||10 Prawns, remove shell and intestines|
|鹹蛋黃 6隻||6 Salted egg yolk|
|牛油 20g||20g Butter|
Sprinkle some pepper onto the prawns.
Steam the salted egg yolk and put it back to the fridge for 3 hours. Reserved it for later use.
- 落油煮熱鑊，落蝦炒至7成熟， 撈起蝦備用
Heat some oil in the pan. Pan fry the prawns until 70% cooked. Put it aside and use it later.
Cut and crushed the egg yolk until powder form.
Use low heat with butter to gently pan fry the garlic. Then add salted egg yolk.
Finally add prawns to mix with the egg yolk and garlic.

Use some leftover salad and cucumber as side dish. Done!
