番茄鹽麴煮油甘魚鮫 Yellowtail collar with tomato and shio koji

材料 Ingredients

油甘魚鮫 Yellowtail collar
白蘿蔔 Radish
黑車厘茄 Black cherry tomato
鹽麴 Shio koji
鰹魚醬油 Japanese bonito fish soy sauce
味醂 Mirin
Water

做法 Method

  1. 略煎油甘魚鮫

Gently pan fry the Yellowtail collar

  1. 加入材料及醬料煮 20-30 分鐘 (視乎魚鮫的大小)

Add other ingredients and sauce to cook for 20-30 minutes (depend on the size of the collar)
