做法 Method
- 略煎油甘魚鮫
Gently pan fry the Yellowtail collar
- 加入材料及醬料煮 20-30 分鐘 (視乎魚鮫的大小)
Add other ingredients and sauce to cook for 20-30 minutes (depend on the size of the collar)
