超級好味雲吞 Wonton

材料 Ingredients

攪碎豬肉 Minced pork
韭菜 Chives
Egg
上海雲吞皮 Wonton pastry
調味 For seasoning
豉油 Soy sauce
胡椒粉 Pepper
鎮江醋 Zhenjiang vinegar

做法 Method

  1. 將韭菜、豬肉、蛋、放在大碗內,加入豉油及胡椒粉並攪拌。

Mix the chives, pork and egg with soy sauce and pepper in a large bowl.

  1. 將適量韭菜豬肉放在雲吞皮上

Put some chives and pork on a wonton pastry.

  1. 包雲吞

Wrap the wonton pastry.

  1. 把雲吞放湯煮熟,好吃

Boil the wonton in soup. It is already good to eat.

  1. 亦可將已熟雲吞放至乾身,然後煎至金黃色

You may also leave the wonton until dry and then fry to golden yellow.

  1. 點鎮江醋,更好吃

Dip some Zhenjiang vinegar to enjoy a better taste.
