藜麥枝豆蕃茄杯 Quinoa edamame tomato cup

材料 Ingredients

藜麥 Quinoa
枝豆 Edamame
蕃茄 Tomato
營養酵母 Nutritional yeast

做法 Method

  1. 將煮熟的藜麥和枝豆放入挖空的蕃茄內

Put cooked quinoa and edamame into hollowed tomato.

  1. 再放入烤箱烤熟

Roast inside an oven.

  1. 最後洒上營養酵母

Sprinkle with some nutritional yeast.
