做法 Method
- 將煮熟的藜麥和枝豆放入挖空的蕃茄內
Put cooked quinoa and edamame into hollowed tomato.
- 再放入烤箱烤熟
Roast inside an oven.
- 最後洒上營養酵母
Sprinkle with some nutritional yeast.
