材料 Ingredients

上底-豬頸肉 Pork neck
下底-意粉 Pasta
高級-黑松露及xo醬 Black truffle and xo sauce
隨意-調味 For seasoning
Sugar
洋蔥 Onion
Garlic
雞粉 Chicken powder
生粉 Corn starch
蠔油 Oyster sauce
豉油 Soy sauce

做法 Method

  1. 先用蠔油, 糖, 豉油, 雞粉, 生粉水, 醃豬頸肉兩小時後煎切片

Use oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce, chicken powder,  corn starch water to marinate the pork neck for 2 hours then pan fry and slice.

  1. 熱鍋下油爆XO醬

Pan fry the XO sauce in hot pan.

  1. 加洋蔥及豬頸肉

Add onion and pork neck to pan fry.

  1. 再落已熟的意粉再加老抽

Then add the cooked pasta with some dark soy sauce.

  1. 炒至乾身

Pan fry until dry.

  1. 收火加黑松露炒匀

Turn off the heat and mix with black truffle.
