小蘿蔔 2個 (切成小粒) | 2 Small radishes, cut into small pieces |
橄欖油 1湯匙 | 1 tablespoon Olive oil |
鹽 | Salt |
胡椒粉 | Pepper |
里考塔芝士 ½ 杯 | 1/2 cup Fresh ricotta |
烤核桃 ½ 杯 (切碎) | 1/2 cup Toasted walnuts, chopped |
辣椒碎 | Red pepper flakes |
小麥意粉 | Farro spaghetti |
做法 Method
- 將紅菜頭, 核桃, 蘿蔔和蕃茄放入食物處理器, 並加入調味料, 水, 橄欖油和辣椒碎。
Pulse beetroots, walnuts, radish, tomatoes in a food processor with season, water, olive oil and pepper flakes.
- 根據包裝指示用鹽水煮意粉。
Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions.
- 炒香紅蔥頭和紅菜頭, 然後加入意粉炒勻。上碟時加入芝士, 並灑上橄欖油和辣椒碎。
Pan fried red onion with beet mixture, mixing with pasta. Serve with ricotta, a drizzle of olive oil and red pepper flakes on top!
