菜甫芝士焗白蘿蔔

baking cheese & Radish

材料(2人份)

白蘿蔔1條

菜甫10-12條 (街市$5份量)

厚忌廉400ml

蒜頭(獨子蒜) 3顆

牛油40g

芝士碎 適量

黑胡椒 適量

做法:

  1. 白蘿蔔去皮切塊,然後放進水煮約15分鐘,盛起備用
  2. 菜甫洗淨壓乾後切碎、蒜頭切碎
  3. 牛油下鍋,把蒜頭和菜甫炒香
  4. 在抹了牛油的焗盤上將白蘿蔔鋪平放上菜甫,在鋪上另一層白蘿蔔,灑上芝士
  5. 按次序一層一層的焗盤鋪滿
  6. 倒下厚忌廉和灑上芝士碎,放大約二分鐘
  7. 放進焗爐180度焗45分鐘或至表面微焦即可
