鑊仔蘋果蛋糕Apple Cake in a Pan

Apple cake in a pan材料
2個 紅蘋果
2隻 雞蛋
100毫升 牛奶
100克 麵粉
約14克 牛油
約50克 砂糖
15毫升 蘋果烈酒Calvados或其他烈酒
適量 糖粉

1. 蘋果洗淨切碎
2. 混和麵粉、雞蛋、牛奶、烈酒做麵糊
3. 牛油煮溶後將蘋果下鍋,倒進砂糖炒香
4. 蘋果顏色轉深後將麵糊倒進鍋中
5. 麵糊平均後加蓋以中火煎8分鐘
6. 麵糊表面凝固後將整個蛋糕倒出來備用
7. 重新在鍋裡煮溶牛油,放回蛋糕,重複步驟把蛋糕的另一面煎香
8. 放涼後灑上糖粉即可
Ingredients
2 Red apples
2 Eggs
100ml Milk
100g Flour
~14g Butter
~50g Caster sugar
15ml Calvados or other spirits
Icing sugar

Preparation Methods
1. Rinse and chop apples into small pieces
2. Mix flour, eggs, milk and Calvados together
3. In a pan, melt butter and sauté apples. Add caster sugar.
4. When apple turns brown, add flour mix to the wok.
5. Mix well before putting the lid on. Pan fry for 8 minutes on medium heat.
6. When the cake mix is set, tip and remove the whole cake from the wok.
7. Melt butter and return the cake to the pan. Fry the other side of the cake.
8. Sprinkle icing sugar on top.
