Vegetable Tempura

材料Ingredient

油、麵粉、冰水 Oil, Plain Flour, Ice Water

可選用蔬菜包括紅蘿蔔、洋蔥、薯仔、唐芹、蕃薯等 Vegetables e.g carrot, onion, potato, celery or sweet potato

做法 Method

先將蔬菜切幼條, 可隨意加鹽或胡椒粉調味, 加入麵粉拌勻,再加少許冰水, 令蔬菜粘在一起, 入滾油炸脆即可。

Finely chop the vegetables into pieces, add pepper and salt to mix well as you like. Add plain flour with ice water to let the vegetables can stick together in handful size. Roll it in deep fried oil and serve when it becomes crispy.
