[剩食食譜]鬼馬通菜

IMG_2618鬼馬通菜(2人分量)

材料:

有機白通菜 …… 1 斤(約 600 克)     .

炸粉 …… 60 克

椒鹽 …… 少許

做法:

1. 白通菜分開粗主幹、幼枝葉,只留前者(後者用於「蝦醬通菜」)。

2. 炸粉加適量水開成漿。主幹洗淨,切成 1 寸長,然後上炸漿炸脆,撒上椒鹽即成。

Tips: 通菜分「白通」及「青通」,前者菜幹比較粗身,口感較爽脆,但兩者營養相近。
