Strawberry Slushie士多啤梨果泥


  • 500 g strawberries
  • 1 sprig of fresh mint
  • ice cubes
  • 1 lemon
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon golden caster sugar


  • 500克士多啤梨
  • 1小支新鲜薄荷
  • 冰塊
  • 1粒檸檬
  • 可選:1茶匙黃砂糖


  1. Pick the top leafy bits off the strawberries. 將士多啤梨頂部的葉子棄掉。
  1. Pick the mint leaves, discarding the stalk. 從薄荷枝上摘下葉子。
  1. Add the strawberries and mint leaves to a liquidizer along with 100g of ice cubes. 將士多啤梨、薄荷葉與100克的冰塊放入果汁機中。
  1. On a chopping board, cut the lemon in half. 將檸檬對切一半。
  1. Squeeze half the juice into the liquidiser, using your fingers to catch any pips. 擠出一般的檸檬汁並加入果汁機中,記得篩去果核。
  1. Add enough cold water to just cover the strawberries (roughly 350ml), pop the lid on and whiz until smooth. 加入足夠蓋過士多啤梨的冷水(約350毫升),蓋上果汁機並開始攪拌直至士多啤梨呈現泥狀。
  1. Fill a large jug halfway up with ice cubes. 將一個空瓶子裝滿一半的冰塊。
  1. Taste the slushie and sweeten with a little sugar, if needed. 取出少許士多啤梨果泥來試味,若不夠甜,可根據喜好添加砂糖。
