Reuben-ish sandwich

份量Serve:  1

材料 INGREDIENTS
2大片 黑麥麵包,1厘米厚 2 big slices rye bread, 1cm in size
低脂蛋黃醬 low fat mayonnaise
3平匙 酸菜 3 heaped tablespoons sauerkraut
1隻 新鮮紅辣椒,去籽切幼 1 fresh red chilli, deseeded and finely sliced
3片 熏牛肉 3 slices pastrami
數條醃酸瓜 a few gherkins
60克 瑞士芝士 60 g Swiss cheese
西洋菜葉,上碟用 1 handful watercress leaves, to serve

做法 Method
1. 黑麥麵包放於燒烤鍋上烤至兩面香脆後,塗上蛋黃醬
Grill the slices of bread on a griddle pan until lightly toasted on both sides then spread one side of each with mayonnaise.

2. 於每片麵包上放上酸菜和少許紅辣椒,再加上熏牛肉
Put some of the sauerkraut and some of the chilli on 2 of the slices, and top with a couple of slices of pastrami.

3. 再加上剩餘的酸菜,紅辣椒和切片醃酸,及在上面灑上瑞士芝士
Top with the remaining sauerkraut and chilli and the sliced gherkins, then grate the Swiss cheese over the top.

4.預熱燒烤鍋,麵包片放於鍋上烤至芝士溶化
Preheat a hot grill. Place the slices with toppings under the grill until the cheese is melted and dribbling.

5. 把麵包疊上,加上少許西洋菜葉,最後加上一塊麵包。輕輕按壓並用木叉串好固定並後享用
Stack the sandwich together, adding a few watercress leaves and finishing with the final slice of toast. Press down lightly and use wooden skewers to hold together. Tuck in!
