涼拌黑木耳

黑木耳性平、味甘,補氣益智、潤肺補腦,有止血作用,主治咯血、吐血、血痢、崩漏、痔瘡出血、便秘帶血等,對肺虛咳嗽、久病體虛,肢體麻木的有效,另外黑木耳具有阻礙血液凝固的物質,防止血栓形成,對心血管的疾病有保健的作用。

材料: 黑木耳、冰糖、辣椒粒、蒜蓉、鎮江醋

做法:
1. 將黑木耳浸水,浸至發大及軟身就可撕成細塊備用。
2. 將黑木耳放入滾水煮熟,待涼。
3. 將辣椒粒、蒜蓉、鎮江醋與黑木耳拌勻。
4. 加入少許冰糖,放入雪櫃雪1至2小時即可。
