檸檬汁 2湯匙 | Lemon Juice 2tbs |
羅勒, 切碎 3湯匙 | Basil, finely chopped 3tbs |
紅吞拿魚扒 4件 | Red Tuna Steak 4 pieces |
黑橄欖,切碎 60克 | Black Olive, chopped 60g |
小酸豆 1湯匙 | Baby Capers 1tbs |
鹹鯷魚, 切碎 0.5茶匙 | Anchovy, finely chopped 0.5tsp |
番茄, 切碎、去皮 400克 | Tomato, chopped & peeled 400g |
麵包糠 2湯匙 | Dried Bread Crumbs 2tbs |
做法METHOD
1. 將一半的橄欖油與檸檬汁及1湯匙的羅勒混合。倒入一個耐熱淺盤中,並於盤中鋪成薄薄的一層。 Mix half of the olive oil with lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of basil. Pour it into a shallow ovenproof dish and spread it out in a thin layer.
2. 把吞拿魚扒平放於盤中的油層上。
Place tuna steaks in a single layer on the dish.
3. 將其醃15分鐘,過程中反轉一次。
Leave to marinate for 15 minutes, turning the tuna steaks once.
4. 焗爐預熱至230℃。
Preheat the oven to 230°C.
5. 把黑橄欖、小酸豆、鹹鯷魚和剩餘的橄欖油及羅勒拌勻,淋在吞拿魚扒上。Combine the black olives, capers, anchovies and tomato with remaining olive oil and basil. Stir well. Pour it over the tuna steaks.
6. 在吞拿魚扒上撒上麵包糠,再焗5分鐘。
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top, and bake for 5 minutes.
7. 放於碟上享用。
Remove to a dining plate and enjoy.
