熟牛油果 1個 | 1 ripe avocado |
青檸 1 個 | 1 lime |
烤玉米餅 | Baked corn tortillas |
做法 METHOD
1. 先把車厘茄置於砧板上並壓碎,再把紅辣椒和芫荽切碎。
To make the guacamole squeeze a handful of cherry tomatoes on to a board. Finely chop up the flesh of ½ – 1 red chilli and a handful of coriander leaves, including the top part of the stalks.
2. 牛油果切半,去核去皮。把牛油果肉、車厘茄碎、紅辣椒碎、芫荽碎混在砧板上。從青檸擠出果汁,並把所有材料切及混至醬狀。試味及調整味道。
Halve and stone the avocado, then squeeze it over a board so the flesh comes out of the skin. Discard the skin. Squeeze over the lime juice and chop everything together until fine. Taste and adjust the flavours if needed.
3.食用時放在碗裡,伴以烤玉米餅。
Serve in a bowl with baked corn tortillas on the side.
