最近我們發現了Localiiz 與 Kwiksure 合作,製作了香港健康餐飲指南,功得無量。

If you feel like being healthy in the comfort of your own home, be sure to look up Something Fresh. The team of master chefs preps recipes and yummy ingredients daily that can be delivered to your door, allowing you cook up a healthy storm with a minimum of effort. The fresh vegies and homemade sauces are never stored overnight, and all meals can be made in 25 minutes or less.

South Stream Seafoods

After supplying seafood and meat to Hong Kong restaurants, hotels and airlines for more than 14 years,South Stream Seafood is branching out to deliver a range of organic and allergy-aware foods right to customers’ homes. Along with fresh fruit and vegetables, the company stocks gluten free baked goodies, as well as and organic baby foods for those with little mouths to feed.

Secret Ingredient

If you have guests to impress but no time or inspiration, call on Secret Ingredient to give you a helping hand. The Sheung Wan-based delivery service provides fully prepped ingredients and tasty, healthy recipes that take an average of just 15 minutes to cook. All meat and fish are imported from New Zealand or Australia, while fruit and veg are sourced locally. You can even add craft beers and over beverages to your delivery order.

Home Flavour, G/F, 18 Possession Street

Home Flavour is a small French grocery store that rustles up fresh salads, warm baguettes and quiches to eat in or take away. There are five salads to choose from: Vegetarian, Chef’s, Ocean, Italian and Thai, each of which comes with a variety of fresh leaves and healthy tasty toppings. Big portions for just $65!

Juice stall, 288 Queen’s Road West

This unassuming juice stall has a great range of fresh fruit and veg on display so you can pick and choose what you fancy. They have some unusual smoothie options like avocado, papaya and star fruit, and as prices are very reasonable, you can enjoy creating your own combinations each day. Add a bit of ginger for that extra wakeup call or a Yakult to give your digestive system a boost.

Central 中環

Just Green, 52 Graham Street

If you’re just looking to grab something on the go, call in at the Just Green healthy convenience store. This all-round eco-friendly shop specialises in organic and anti-allergy food and drink, as well as vitamins, supplements and beauty products. There is a good range of raw food and superfood items, as well as energy bars for a quick snack.

i-Dextox, 12A, 12/F, Carfield Commercial Building, 77 Wyndham Street

For a full-on health hit, visit the i-Dextox superfood store on Wyndham Street. The shelves here are always packed with organic, gluten-free, vegan and low GI yummies, including Raw Organic Cacao, the superfood boasting the highest anti-oxidant properties. i-Detox is more than just a store, however, as this wellness education centre and nutritional lifestyle consultancy also offers urban detoxes, cooking classes and special events.

Life, 10 Shelley Street, Soho

Life brings a whole new meaning to the word salad: less tired looking lettuce and more exciting, filling options like quinoa, feta and beans. All salads here are vegetarian, and there are always around six to options choose from. Combine three salads in a small salad box ($45) or go large with five ($70). Juices are in abundance here too, so ask to see the menu for the range of shakes and mixes.

Mana, 92 Wellington Street

Mana offers takeaway salad boxes full of raw foods and wholesome ingredients (small boxes $65 & large $95). You can mix and match from five salad choices, with staples usually including a leafy salad, roasted veggies and a potato salad. Mana also has an exciting range of healthy drinks on offer, from wheatgrass shots to shakes. Try their Babylon, made with Banana, fig, Tahini and soymilk. Yum!

Just Salad, 30-34 Cochrane St

If you’ve noticed people walking around with bright orange, white and green plastic salad boxes, they’re all en route to Just Salad to get their daily salad fix. Purchasing (and reusing) the salad box entitles you to two free toppings each visit. Just Salad has an extensive standard menu, or you can customise your own salads by combining greens, toppings, extras and dressing options. Boxes start at just $55.

Admiralty 金鐘

Salad Bar, Great Food Hall, G/F Pacific Place

Build your own salads from your choice of raw and cooked vegetables and lots of protein-rich ingredients like meats, cheeses and pulses. This salad bar also offers apple and pineapple if you like to mix a bit of sweet with your savoury. Medium boxes come at $49 and large come at $59.

Ju-Ju, Great Food Hall, G/F Pacific Place

Ju Ju has an incredible selection of freshly squeezed juices and delicious juice mixes like Immunizer and sunset yoga. For the perfect energy boost, the ‘Dusk til Dawn’ range has something for all hours, from Morning Glow to Midnight Treat. Smoothies and Soya Silkies are also available.

Wanchai 灣仔

Mix, 1/F Sun Hung Kai Centre

Create your own healthy salads or go for a nicoise or ceasar classic at Mix. For something special, a Mix Deluxe salads should do the trick. Freshly squeezed juices are available, as well as a range of ‘Healing Juices’, which combine fruits to help fight fatigue and boost energy levels.

Life Deli, 50 C Johnson Rd

If you’re in Wanchai and in need of a decent fresh drink, Life Deli has a great selection of beverages, from bottled organic and fresh squeezed juices to fruity shakes and filling protein shakes.

Causeway Bay 銅鑼灣

S.F.B, City Super G/F, Times Square

S.F.B. offers ready-to-go salads as well as the option of creating your own salad boxes to take away. Their salads don’t shy away from carbs, so if you like to mix a bit of pesto pasta, potato and mayo into your salad, this is the place for you. Boxes cost $38 for 200g or $58 for 300g.

Juice stall, on the corner of Matheson Street and Russell Street

After picking up your S.F.B salad box, complete the healthy lunch with a freshly squeezed or blended juice from the stall on the corner or Matheson and Russell. This place has no English name, but you can’t miss it because it’s loud and busy with the big queue and multiple blenders on the go at once. Enjoy!

Kowloon 九龍

Dressed, Level 2, Gateway Arcade, Harbour City Road

Create your own takeaway salad from a choice of five different greens, a selection of meat and fish options, such as fresh grilled chicken, steak and shrimp, as well as cheese and countless vegetables, and fruit and nut toppings. Dressed offers 26 different dressings, all freshly made daily.

Anything But Salads 6-10 Wing Lee Industrial Building, 54 – 58 Tong Mi Road, Mong Kok

Anything But Salads does exactly what its name suggests, serving up a whole range of organic and raw vegan food and snacks that shy away from the traditional obsession with salad. The enzyme-packed meals are prepared daily and can be picked up in store or delivered straight to your door. Anything But Salad also provides catering services for events, and you can even book a raw food chef to cook for you and yours in the comfort of your own home.

East Kowloon 東九龍

Pret a Manger, 1/F, Manulife Financial Centre, Kwun Tong

A classic for busy people, Pret salads are freshly made every day with the dressing separately to help keep the salads crunchy and crisp. Choose from eight ready-to-eat options, including Norwegian salmon and potato salad and proscuitto and trio bean.

West Kowloon 西九龍

Monsieur Chatté, Elements Mall, Shop 1091A

This deli and grocery store has ready-made French style salads to go, complete with couscous and ratatouille. There’s also a salad bar where you can build your own box full of healthy bits before picking from a range of delicious dressings. Monsieur Chatté also stocks good quality Alain Milliat juices, which are made with mature fruit so contain less sugar than normal processed juice. Flavours include white peach and cox apple.
