簡介 Overview
在香港,我們吃飯要進口米,吃麵包要進口麵粉,米和麵粉是生活最基本的食物原材料。然而我們對麵粉有多了解?用麵粉做的麵包,最終形態是不是等於麵包店賣的那些又黃又鬆加入勁多糖勁多奶製品的消費品?我們支持本土農業,因為本土社區農產作物難能可貴,要焗製怎樣的麵包,用甚麼麵粉,才算襯得起本土社區農產品呢?

馬寶寶的麵粉工作坊教你認識麵粉,如不同麵粉的用途、生產方式、質素差異,用麵粉製作不同麵食,替自己的私房系列添加菜式。多一點生活技巧,多一點生活自主。

Rice and flour are basic ingredients in our daily diet. Yet, how much do you know about them? Via Mapopo flour workshops, you will know more about the usages of different kinds of flours, what they are made of, identify the flour quality, using different flours to make different pastas… a way to enrich and have more control of what you eat.
