佳節當前,我們要盡量利用這個與朋友、家人聚頭的機會,繼續推廣健康飲食,並以身作則,與家人一起烹調、分享美食。12月的挑戰看似很多,其實很容易完成啊!

與家人或朋友一起烹調並享用
Make a meal with your family and eat all together at the table (why not try doing this every day!)
