十種最差的加工食物 Top 10 Worst Processed Foods

今時今日要避免進食加工食品一點也不容易。它們無處不在,經常給商人包裝成「健康食品」。但我們要知道食用這些食物對身體的負面影響是越來越嚴重。

2010 年為食起革命在Facebook訪問網民,在他們眼中什麼是最差的加工食品。結果如下:
1) 雞塊 (24%)
2) 熱狗 (19%)
3) 人工芝士 (14%)
4) Lunchables 火腿肉(13%)
5) Spam 罐頭肉(9%)
6) Twinkies 忌廉蛋糕 (5%)
7) 汽水 (5%)
8) 人工甜味劑 (4%)
9) 健怡食品 (4%)
10) 薯條 (3%)

Processed food is hard to avoid these days. It’s everywhere and often sold as ‘healthy’. But awareness of the negative impacts of regular consumption is growing.

By reading the ingredients lists on the foods you buy, understanding what you are eating and cooking more fresh food for yourself and your family you can become empowered to make the right food choices. Ingredients lists shouldn’t be a long list of unpronounceable things you’ve never heard of. Avoid processed foods and you will see and feel the benefits.

In 2010, Food Revolution asked the Community on Facebook what, in their opinion, was the worst processed food and hundreds of you posted your picks. The image shows on top is the result!
