香辣檸檬雞 Paprika and Lemon Chicken

材料 INGREDIENTS
新鮮雞肉1.5公斤 1.5 kg chicken pieces
檸檬1個, 切片 1 lemon, sliced
去核的黑橄欖1杯(隨意-提升鹹味) 1 cup pitted black olives (optional, throw them in for saltiness they provide)
西班牙辣肉腸2條, 切片 2 chorizo sausages, sliced
未剝皮的大蒜5瓣 5 cloves garlic, unpeeled
雞湯1杯 1 cup chicken stock
已融化的牛油50克 50 grams butter, melted
半茶匙煙燻紅椒粉 ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
少許海鹽和粗粒黑胡椒 Sea salt and cracked black pepper.

做法  METHOD

1. 烤箱預熱至200℃。將雞肉、檸檬、橄欖、香腸、大蒜置放在已塗滿牛油的烤盤中,然後撒上紅椒粉。
Preheat the oven to 200 C. Place the chicken, lemon, olives, chorizo, garlic, stock and butter in a baking dish, and sprinkle with paprika.

2. 烤40-45分鐘或直至雞肉變成金黃色和熟透為止,即可上桌。
Roast for 40-45 minutes or until the chicken is golden and cooked through. Serves 4.
