番茄炒蛋 Scrambled eggs with tomatoes

[二人份量]

材料:
雞蛋 兩隻
番茄 四個
獻汁:
半杯
少許
生粉 少許
茄汁 四湯匙

做法
1) 先將蛋打勻好,番茄一開八切好備用。
2) 鑊烘熱加入少量橄欖油,油熱下蛋漿,待發厚身及邊位離鑊即可反轉底面
3) 一反轉即可用鑊剷切成不規則蛋件,將蛋推往邊位,落番茄
4) 番茄微焦轉淋,與蛋件炒勻,加入獻汁細火慢煮
5) 醬汁試味,隨個人喜好,可再加茄汁
6) 炒勻即可上碟,完成。
