美式熱香餅 All-American Pancakes

Serves: 4

材料 INGREDIENTS
150克 通用麵粉 150g all-purpose flour
1.5茶匙發酵粉 1½ teaspoons baking powder
¼茶匙鹽 ¼ teaspoon salt
240毫升 脫脂牛奶 240ml skimmed milk
1隻大雞蛋(已打) 1 large egg, beaten
25克 已融化牛油 25g Melted butter

做法  METHOD

1. 將麵粉、泡打粉、鹽篩好放置在攪拌碗內。加入牛奶、雞蛋和25克牛油攪拌直至混合。不過份攪拌,如果有少許粒狀,不要緊。
Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a mixing bowl. Add the milk, egg, and 25g of the melted butter and stir just until blended. Don’t over mix—it’s fine if there are a few lumps.

2. 將易潔鍋以中火加熱。易潔鍋掃上剩下的牛油。用¼杯份量量杯將麵糊倒到鍋裡。煎至底部呈金黃色和煎餅的頂端出現氣泡。
Heat a non-stick griddle or large frying pan over medium heat. Grease the griddle with the remaining butter. Using a ¼ cup measure, pour the batter onto the griddle. Cook until the bottom is golden brown and bubbles form on the top of the pancake.

3. 翻轉熱香餅再煎,直到兩面勻是金黃色。食用時可配以你喜愛的其他食材。
Flip and cook until the second side is also golden, then serve with your favorite topping.
